Grim Series – Solid Fuel High Pressure Steam Boilers

Grim Series solid fuel Scotch type steam boiler can burn granular fuels such as lignite coal, pomace, pellets, sunflower husk, hazelnut shell, etc. with high efficiency, and its use is facilitated by automatic loading. If requested, an economizer can be added to the flue gas outlet to take advantage of the heat of the smoke gases. The economizer to be mounted on the back of the boiler allows the condensate water entering the boiler to be heated and returned to the boiler. Thus, fuel savings are achieved.

Nimatek Technologies’ Grim Series liquid gas fueled steam boiler boasts 5 robust safety systems:

  • Steam Temperature
  • Mechanical Pressure
  • Digital Pressure
  • Safety Valve
  • Flue Gas Temperature Controls

All safety systems, including boiler feed pumps, are provided in duplicate as standard. Additionally, our boilers can be equipped with optional features such as PLC Touchscreen control and Modbus RTU, offering enhanced control capabilities.

Thanks to its extensive heating surface, our Grim Series boiler enables the production of drier and higher-energy steam. With a generous water and steam volume, it delivers exceptional performance even under demanding and continuous operating conditions, including sudden steam demands.

Renowned worldwide for their superior designs, Scotch type 3-pass boilers are celebrated for their longevity and efficiency. Fuel feeding from the bottom ensures direct flame contact with the furnace, while controlled and clean combustion is achieved through the primary air sent with the assistance of a fan.
