The semi-cylindrical solid fuel steam boiler, with its 3-pass design, ensures even distribution of heat across all surfaces, maximizing heat transfer efficiency and fuel savings. Fuel is fed from the bottom, facilitating direct contact of the flame with the furnace. Our boilers operate quietly, without causing noise pollution, while the primary air, aided by a fan, ensures controlled and clean combustion, minimizing emissions.

Nimatek Technologies Thunderbolt Series solid fuel steam boiler incorporates 5 types of safety systems:

All safety systems, including boiler feed pumps, are provided as a standard package in pairs. The upper pressure limit for semi-cylindrical steam boilers is set at 8 Bar during design and manufacturing. However, production capacity can be adjusted and tailored to meet specific customer requirements.

With optional features such as PLC Touchscreen control and Modbus RTU, you have complete control over your boiler’s operation. Our boilers are designed to burn fuel with a minimum of 4,500 kcal/h (flame heat 1200°C). For lower calorie fuel options, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

The smoke pipes are mirror-welded, ensuring safer and longer-lasting operation. Robust insulation using glass wool or stone wool prevents heat loss.
