Steam Boiler

Steam boilers play a vital role in various industrial applications, serving purposes such as energy generation, hot water supply, heating, and meeting process heat requirements. At Ekotek Heat Technologies, we understand the diverse needs of businesses, which is why we design and manufacture boilers tailored to different fuel types and operating pressures.

Whether your operations require a modest steam output or a substantial one, we have you covered. Our range of boilers is capable of producing steam for industrial processes spanning from 175 kg/h to 40,000 kg/h, ensuring that we can meet the steam consumption needs of businesses of all sizes.

Steam Boiler Models

Steam boilers are crucial components in various industries, serving multiple purposes such as energy generation, hot water supply, and heating. At our facility, we manufacture a diverse range of steam boiler models to meet the needs of different applications.

Our steam boiler models feature fully cylindrical designs ranging from 10m² to 175m², as well as semi-cylindrical designs with heating surface areas between 5m² to 80m². These models include steam generators for liquid fuel, solid fuel, front-furnace coal-fired, full cylindrical, semi-cylindrical boilers, and more, catering to general industrial needs. All our steam generator products are proudly made in Turkey in our own factory.

The working principle of a steam boiler involves the transformation of water into steam by absorbing heat energy. Here’s a step-by-step breakdown of how it operates:

  1. Water Feed: Water is fed into the boiler.
  2. Heating: Heating surfaces within the boiler warm up using a heat source such as solid fuel or liquid gas.
  3. Heat Transfer: These surfaces transfer heat to the water, increasing its temperature.
  4. Vaporization: As water temperature rises, it reaches its boiling point, initiating vaporization.
  5. Steam Formation: Evaporating water separates from the surface, forming steam.
  6. Steam Collection: The generated steam collects in a chamber at the top of the boiler.
  7. Steam Usage: The steam is utilized for energy transfer.
  8. Water Circulation: Water levels are controlled for continuous operation, ensuring replenishment as needed.

Steam boilers find applications across various industries, including petrochemical, electricity generation, pharmaceutical, food, construction materials, refineries, chemical processes, and more.

Factors influencing steam boiler prices include capacity, design and technology, material quality, manufacturer and brand reputation, accessories and additional features, as well as certification and standards compliance.

At our company, we prioritize quality, efficiency, and reliability in our steam boiler manufacturing process, ensuring that our products meet the diverse needs of our customers across different industrial sectors.
